Delivery Information
Mayflower products are handmade to order in our workshop. We aim to process your order as soon as possible, with a production time on most standard items of up to 5 working days. Larger or bespoke orders may require a longer production time.
Items are despatched Monday-Friday excluding England Bank Holidays. We will contact you in the unusual event of any unforeseen delays. To keep you informed on the status of your order, we send you a notification email with tracking information when we despatch your parcel to let you know it's on it's way.
UK Standard Delivery:
We deliver throughout the UK via a secure Tracked Courier Service.
Standard Delivery within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £10.00.
Standard Delivery time is 3-5 working days. If you require faster shipping, please contact us to discuss your requirements and if available, please choose "UK Express Delivery" at the checkout instead.
Spend £150.00 or more at Mayflower and your order will qualify for FREE STANDARD DELIVERY.
UK Express Delivery:
Express Delivery time is 1-2 working days by Tracked Courier service.
Please note: this is not a guaranteed next day service.
Express Delivery cost is charged at £25.00.
Saturday Delivery:
For guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, please select this option at Checkout. Once it has been made, your order will be despatched for the next available Saturday delivery. The cost of this service is £25.00.
